Assessment

There are several methods to measure Emotional Intelligence. The most popular ones are the self-assessments, followed by 360 feedback assessments. There are a few instruments which are scientifically valid and reliable. The Center uses the Bar-On EQ-i instrument:

  • It is the world’s first scientific measure of EI and not “pop psychology”
  • It is the best normed instrument of EI (based on research since 1980 and results from over 85,000 individuals)

EQ Clinic
The EQ clinic is an intense hands on workshop designed for professionals at all levels involved in organizations.
